Contractor to provide appropriate adhesive after performing moisture test on concrete slab. Remove existing flooring and wallbase and prepare for installation of new flooring and wallbase. 3.3 Connect and calibrate equipment. 3.4 Properly clean and dispose materials in work area. 3.5 Coordinate with WVSDB staff to ensure proper fire safety. 3.6 Vendor is responsible for accurate measurements of all items.
