Seller shall provide the following services: • CNC Machining: Precision machining of parts using computer numerical control (CNC) machines. • Press Brake Operations: Bending and forming of metal sheets using press brake machinery. • Water Jet Cutting: High-pressure water jet cutting for precise shapes and designs. • Powder Coating: Application of durable powder coating finishes to parts and components. • Milling: High-precision milling of parts to specified dimensions and tolerances. • Welding: Welding services including MIG, TIG, and spot welding for various materials. • Bending and Threading: Metal bending and threading services for custom fabrication needs. • Manual Machining: Precision machining of parts using hand operated tools and machines. • Heat Treating: Controlled heating and cooling processes to alter the structural properties of the metals. • Time and material services for regular orders. • Priority handling for rush orders. In the context of machine work or metal fabrication, “rush orders” refer to urgent requests where the production and delivery timelines are expedited to meet tight deadlines, often requiring prioritized scheduling and faster turnaround times to fulfill immediate or critical needs. Rush orders will be initiated by the City of Tulsa representative. Vendor does not determine if the work is a rush order or not. • Material procurement and handling as required.
