The scope of work for this project consists of roadway reconstruction including but not limited to drainage and guiderail improvements and associated construction. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with this work. During the performance of this contract, the contractor shall, at all times, keep the project sites and premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by his operations. At the completion of the work phase the contractor shall remove all of his waste materials, rubbish, tools, equipment, machinery, and surplus materials. The contractor shall maintain good, clean, safe working conditions at all times and shall be responsible for keeping the areas free from all debris, machine parts, tools, etc. and shall leave the areas clean and orderly.
