1. Scope of Services: Vendor is to provide repair and replacement services for auto glass as specified herein: services to include, but are not limited to, supplying replacement items, installation of items, and disposal of items being replaced or repair of existing glass. Items removed during auto glass repair/replacement must be put re-installed after auto glass repair. The removed items may include cameras, computers or other items and must be put in the exact same place as it was before glass was removed.(i.e.This specification is applicable to glass replacement and repair only and is not in any way inclusive of glass tinting.) 2. Bid for glass replacement to be based on a discount off the list price published in the National Auto Glass Specifications (NAGS). Vendor must provide one (1) copy of the NAGS publication every quarter or upon updated date if requested. 3. Price List Changes: Any price list changed in the quarterly updated National Auto Glass Specifications (NAGS) will be accepted. However the original price list discount awarded shall remain constant throughout the duration of the contract and renewals. Deeper discounts will be accepted.
