The County of Essex is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide periodic engineering services for various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects for the Essex County Department of Public Works (DPW) as required and including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Building investigations, inspections & reports relevant to Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing disciplines; 2. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing repair or construction designs and specifications; 3. Engineering designs and specifications for building systems' projects, in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing projects; 4. Construction inspection, As-Built Drawings relevant to Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing disciplines; 5. Third party reviews/analyses.
