1. Develop complete turnkey engineering studies and specifications, recommendations and documents, including all necessary testing, abatements, removal of materials, engineering design plans and specifications for all District‐Wide construction and general maintenance projects that may be required at any school campus, athletic facilities, administrative support service facilities, and existing buildings and future purchases of buildings. 2. Provide on‐site project supervision, inspection and full contract administration services by a Licensed Environmental Consultant; of all district‐wide environmental services for construction and general maintenance projects as required. Daily inspections and observations of project sites by a licensed consultant will be required. 3. Conduct environmental engineering commissioning evaluations of school campuses, athletic facilities, and administrative support service facilities of existing and new buildings. 4. Provide environmental and engineering design, analysis and evaluation services as required for any of the following services as listed below: Indoor Air Quality Studies Asbestos materials management and administration, engineering, testing, abatement, and consulting services Lead‐Based Paint materials management and administration, engineering, testing, and consulting services Coordination with governmental agencies to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines and statues...
