SUBJECT: SCOPE OF WORK: On Call Plumbing and Sewage Pumping Services The State of Nevada, Division of State Parks, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for On Call plumbing repairs, pumping, and disposal of several sewage lift stations, wet wells, and WWTPs. for On Call Portable Toilet Rental delivery, pick-up, and Service Contract for a period of three years. It is the State’s intent to enter contracts with Plumbing, Septic, and Pumping companies, acting as independent contractors, who have experience in meeting the various needs of agencies. These needs will vary but may include, at a minimum: i.Gravity Sewer, Sewer Force-main, and Manhole cleaning, including hydro-jetting and snaking, on lines between two and eight inches in diameter. ii.Water Main and valve repairs on lines between one inch and eight inches in diameter. iii.On call plumbing projects of a non-emergency nature and other plumbing related emergency responses as deemed necessary by park staff. iv.Evaluation and Repair of Sewage Lift Station pumps and piping. Please provide an hourly rate for work completed during normal business hours and an hourly rate for work during weekends, holidays, and after hours. All work will take place within the Lake Tahoe Nevada State Parks. Pumping, Cleaning, and Disposal of the contents of the following: i. Sand Harbor (North L/S, South L/S, and Visitor Center L/S), three 1,000-gallon (each) Sewage Lift Stations. Located at 2005 Hwy 28, Incline Village, Nv. 89450. ii. Sand Harbor Main Sewage L/S, 8,000 gallons. Located at 2005 Hwy 28, Incline Village, Nv. 89450 iii. Spooner Lake WWTP and Wet Well, 6,000 gallons. Located 1/4mile west of junction US50 and Hwy 28. iv. Cave Rock Lift Station, 2,000gallons. Located 1/4mile South of the “Cave” on US 50. v. Memorial Point Lift Station, 3,000 gallons. `Located 2000 Hwy 28, Incline Village, Nv. 89450. vi. Other as needed sewage pumping needs in the park charged at a rate per 1,000 gallons up to a maximum of 3,000gallons per event. vii. Five (5) Backcountry SST’s (Sweet Smelling Toilets (1,000gallon vault)) Located on North Canyon Road, Marlette Peak Campground, Marlette Lake, Hobart Lake (See attached map). Access is from graded dirt roads with sections of extreme grade, four-wheel drive is recommended. viii. Van Sickle Bi-State Park SST (2,000 gallons). Located off Montreal Rd, South Lake Tahoe, CA, 96150. ix. Hidden Beach SST (4,000 gallons). Located 1.5 miles North of Sand Harbor. x. Pumping of Sand Traps (500gallons) at eight (8) Restroom buildings located at Sand Harbor. All pumping is to be performed on an as-needed basis determined by Parks staff.
