1. The exterminator shall furnish all labor, chemicals, materials and equipment for complete exterminating of all categories listed below: All species of each of the following: fleas, rats and mice, crickets, earwigs, firebrats, millipedes, bees, wasps, ants (including carpenter ants), and flies (which includes any stinging insects not already mentioned) from infested places, including but not limited to cellars, crawl spaces, offices, supply spaces and/or rooms, closets, baseboards, plumbing and heating pipes, shelves, any and all elevators, dumb waiters, etc.; also, kitchens, dining rooms, cafeterias, food preparation and storage areas and loading platforms in all buildings belonging to institution occupied by humans or animals or unoccupied. All other pests not mentioned in this proposal to be handled on a special basis by the individual members of the MCCPC outside of this contract. 2. Before an application is made, the exterminator will notify the member agency of any precautionary actions to be undertaken by the member agency. The exterminator is to have his work approved by the on-site appointed individual at the specific treatment site. 3. The application of all materials will be made in a manner which is consistent with label instructions, does not cause or tend to cause damage to non-target areas or property, and does not cause adverse effects or harm to man or the environment.
