The University of Michigan (“University”) seeks proposals from qualified Suppliers for a build-to-suit lease in Byron Center Michigan. If a build-to-suit lease is not an option, the University will also entertain proposals for outright land purchase. University of Health - West is seeking land for development that will act as Clinic Space for a new Michigan Medicine West location in Byron Center Michigan. The medical office may include space for general medicine, sports medicine, imaging, psychology, same day care, procedures, and walk-in lab. Evaluation of proposals will be based upon lease costs and other quality factors. The University of Michigan (“University”) is not liable in any manner or to any extent for any cost or expense incurred by the supplier in the preparation, submission, presentation or any other action connected with proposing or otherwise responding to this RFP. Such exemption from liability applies whether such costs are incurred directly by the supplier or indirectly through the supplier’s agents, employees, assigns or others, whether related or not to the supplier.
