1. The work consists of removal and replacement of 3 steel metal double exterior doors, 4 single metal exterior doors and the main entrance double metal exterior doors, including the frames and all related hardware, all new doors and windows along with the hardware are to be replaced in kind, the new doors and windows are to be Caulked and watertight sealed. 2. The work consists of removal and replacement of 11 wooden single pane windows and hardware. Replace with new vinyl Double hung windows and hardware, all window trim is to be wrapped with aluminum, caulked and watertight sealed. 3. All framing installations, door installation, window installation and hardware installation will be done per the manufacturer’s specifications. All doors and trim are to be primed and painted per the facilities color of choice. 4. All work shall be accomplished within (180) calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed.
