The scope of this project is for the services of an engineering firm to develop construction documents for the replacement of existing emergency generators and associated equipment at the Seaview Building (2407 NJ-66, Ocean Township, NJ 07712) and Division of Fleet Services Building (250 Center Street, Freehold, NJ 07728). These new systems will provide uninterrupted power to each facility during utility service disruptions. The Seaview Building has an existing generator that only serves critical systems. The new generator for the Seaview Building must be large enough to address all electrical loads for the entire building. In addition, the existing generator at the Division of Fleet Services Building is to be replaced with a generator that will address all electrical loads in the building.
