Route(s) – General Overview & Operation The Route, schedules, and stops described in Sections 3, 4, and 5 of this Scope of Work represent estimated service levels for this term of this Contract. No minimum or maximum level of service is guaranteed. The Contractor will only be reimbursed for revenue miles operated, regardless of the estimated annual mileage listed on the Bid Sheet. MDOT MTA may increase, decrease, or otherwise revise these service levels as deemed necessary by MDOT MTA with notice described below to the Contractor. In the event of changes, the Contractor will be paid the per mile price listed on the bid form for miles operated. MDOT MTA may at its sole discretion expand service areas up to fifteen (15) miles at any point along routes specified in the Scope of Work. No equitable or other adjustment to the per mile price is available for service changes. If a service adjustment is greater than 15% of current scheduled service miles, and other than adding trips to an existing route, MDOT MTA may at its sole discretion provide an additional mobilization payment for the increase to service. MDOT MTA may, however, increase or decrease the not-to-exceed total contract amount in the event service levels are adjusted through a change order process, which will not change the per mile price. 2.1 Route 505 (Contract A) Standard Schedule 2.1.1 Commuter Bus Route 505 operates Monday through Friday service, as outlined in the below timetables. These timetables are subject to changes including but not limited to trips, stops, start and end times, etc. at the sole discretion of MDOT MTA. 2.1.2 Commuter Bus Route 505 Timetable servicing Hagerstown MVA, Myersville Park & Ride, Shady Grove Metro and Rock Spring Business Park – See Appendix 2, Attachment 1. 2.2 Route 705 (Contract B) Standard Schedule 2.2.1 Commuter Bus Route 705 operate Monday through Friday service, as outlined in the below timetables.
