Then, the chiller pipes are installed up the inside wall and along the ceiling area into mechanical room 216. In room 216, the pumps and pump controls are located. From the pumps, the chilled water flows in the chiller pipes throughout several building areas. The chillers provide air conditioning to multiple building areas at the facility. The contractor must replace the existing two (2) chillers and chiller controls, four (4) butterfly valves, any required piping, four (4) pumps and pump controls, and any associated parts and install new.
