The Saratoga Springs Police Department is seeking cost proposals for the supply and installation of ballistic window protection barriers to the exterior windows and doors of the Police Department operations spaces. Those areas include: Dispatch/Desk Sergeant areas (~86-1/2”x83-1/2” windows [qty 2]), window depth is 3"-22" depending on where you measure from; photo attached. Ballistic glass or other barrier protection must be rated UL752 Standard Level 7. Preference may be given to vendors that have experience in designing police department and/or public safety facilities. It is anticipated that prospective vendors will need to make visits to the Saratoga Springs Police Department, 5 Lake Ave, in order to better understand the needs of the Police Department as well as assess the work sites
