Contractor is required to install ATM machines at current locations listed in Section V.C.1. and willing to provide additional locations as requested by the State. The State shall provide the electrical power to the space. The Contractor shall provide all communication lines and will be required to pay all installation, monthly connection costs and any other costs to operate the ATMs. Bidders should detail the space requirements for the ATMs. All machines should comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Guidelines. ADA Title III Technical Assistance Manual | ADA.gov. Contractor will also be responsible for maintaining and servicing the ATMs by a qualified technician between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM Central Time. Contractor must supply a sample of the signage to inform users how to repost any machine problems, such as resupplied with cash or paper or is not functioning properly. Contractor should detail how often system software updates are needed. Contractor must inspect the machine for signs of tampering while balancing and filling the ATM. If signs of tampering, contractor must report to the supervisor at the facility and to the State Treasurer’s point of contact. Contractor shall stock the correct denominations for the Correctional facilities as detailed in Section V.C.1. ATMs should accept a variety of cards, including ATM cards, debit and credit cards including Visa, Master Card and American Express. The Contractor must reveal which card network is will accepted and signage on the ATM for the users benefit.
