The purpose of this IFB is for a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all work to construct roadway, sidewalk, drainage, and utility improvements along the Regalo Road corridor. The existing roadway will be milled and resurfaced from US 1 to the Palencia Elementary School driveway and include a sidewalk and drainage improvements. The existing roadway will be reconstructed from the Palencia Elementary School driveway to Palencia Village Drive with curb-and-gutter, new parking spaces, a raised crosswalk, sidewalk, drainage improvements, and utility improvements. A new piped stormwater system and multiple stormwater enhancements are incorporated within the design plans and roadway stormwater will outfall to an existing stormwater pond. The stormwater pond will need the outfall structure modified per the plans. Signing and pavement markings are also included within the design plans.
