The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (NYC HPD) is soliciting a Request for Information (RFI) from appropriately qualified contractors that have at least two-years (2-years) of experience within the past seven years (7-years) of providing programmatic and financial monitoring services of work performed by subrecipient organizations of various sizes that provide services in compliance with applicable city, state or federal guidelines and regulations to determine the current prevailing cost for services listed in the Questionnaire section below. Currently, HPD is working with approximately seventy (70) subrecipient organizations. The cost for services received from Contractors in response to this Request for Information is not binding and is being used for research purposes only. No contract award will be given as a result of this RFI. However, Contractors are encouraged to respond to the RFI and will have the opportunity to submit responses to a future Request for Proposal (RFP).
