State Project Number 02HC0044 Pond Reconstruction at Minnesota History Center This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Business. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Civil and Plumbing construction B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Excavation and disposal of pond vegetation and sediment. 2. Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures including silt fence and inlet protection. 3. Removal of coniferous trees and planting of deciduous shrubs. 4. Installation of 8’ storm sewer manhole and 27” storm sewer pipe. 5. Storm water pond reconstruction including grading, riprap installation, and restoration.
