The Project will design and construct a new grade-separated interchange along SR 316 / US 29 at CR 74 / Kilcrease Road in place of the existing at-grade intersection, and will construct a new grade separation of CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road over SR 316 / US 29. The Work also includes shifting the access to Duncan Lane approximately 750 feet to the south to intersect CR 74 / Kilcrease Road on the west side of the existing Barrow Industrial Parkway in a proposed roundabout intersection. This will require Duncan Lane to be realigned for approximately 1500 feet. Services are also necessary to construct a grade separation over SR 316 / US 29 at CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road. Chancey Circle and Parkway Pointe Boulevard will be realigned to form a new roundabout intersection with CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road. A new T-intersection will be constructed along CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road at Omer Church Road. Both projects are located in Barrow County, GA.
