The Contract to be awarded by the City’s Solid Waste Utility for these services will require the successful Bidder to receive, accept, process, recycle and dispose, in accordance with applicable law, of Solid Waste Type 23 Vegetative Waste (as defined in the Bid Specifications), delivered to the Contractor's NJDEPlicensed facility by or on behalf of the City’s Solid Waste Utility. The successful Bidder may also be required, as directed by the City’s Solid Waste Utility if needed, to transport Vegetative Waste from the City’s Solid Waste Utility Transfer Station located at 87-95 Rock Avenue, Plainfield, New Jersey to the Contractor's NJDEP-licensed facility, or to another NJDEP-licensed facility. Any Vegetative Waste that is not recycled must be disposed of in compliance with the requirements of the Union County District Solid Waste Management Plan
