MAINTENANCE FACILITY / GARAGE: 4.1 The awarded contractor shall have access to a minimum two (2) bay area in a garage facility and / or servicing areas. The garage area may be subject to inspection by Somerset County Park Commission or the owners. 4.2 If the vendor has more than one location, all locations shall be listed and included with bid package. 4.3 The maintenance facility must have all of the equipment, tools, OEM parts and supplies to provide repairs for the equipment listed in this bid specification.
