The consultant must submit a proposed scope of work and determine the extent of environmental services required per individual projects arising from this contract. The consultant must meet with the El Paso County Public Works Department to coordinate the project requirements and determine the appropriate consultants required to perform the tasks associated with the individual projects. The consultant must be responsible to prepare the following: 1. The consultant will prepare a scope of work based on the needs of the individual project. The consultant must meet with the Public Works Department to coordinate the extent of services required and shall prepare a scope of work, projection schedule or tasks and anticipated specialized consultant list and subsequently a projected budget and associated fees. 2. The consultant must analyze scope of work so that all work must comply with all applicable local, county, state and federal codes, laws, regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to Texas Commissioner on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. 3. The consultant must provide services that consistent with professional Environmental Engineering Consultant Services contract which may include, but are not limited to the following types of services. This scope of services is intended to represent the type of projects that may arise during the term of the contract. The consultant may supplement their in-house capabilities through teaming arrangements with other firms.
