El Paso County, Texas is seeking qualifications from Registered Professional Land Surveyor Firms, licensed in the State of Texas, who can provide general land surveying services on demand (as needed) to assist the County in executing various projects, site improvements and specialized improvements. Surveyor services will be provided in response to specific and individual task assignments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The County seeks to award a three (3) year contract with a possible four (4) one-year extensions to multiple qualified firms to service all needs of the County’s assets. Typical projects will include right of way research, setting property corners, preparing metes and bounds surveys, preparing topographic surveys, etc. Many projects will be performed internally by County staff, and some projects will be bid out to general contractors for varying degrees of complexity. The firm shall employ staff licensed in the State of Texas to provide land surveying services as defined in the scope of work. The following outlines this Request for Qualifications.
