To waterproof the garage per the project requirements provided below: a. The parking garage has been structurally evaluated and a summary of waterproofing repairs was generated. Contractor to weatherproof garage per details identified in the attached Exhibit “1”. b. The Contractor shall notify the Project Manager (PM) on closure of parking spaces, parking levels, and stairwells in order to protect the public and parked vehicles from damage. c. The Contractor shall provide and locate construction and warning signs for active construction zones and cone-off / caution-tape all active work zones. d. The Contractor is required to properly clean-up at completion of each workday. e. The Contractor to provide shop drawings as part of the scope of work. f. Neogard, or Palm Beach County approved equal, is an acceptable substitution to meet the requirement in Appendix A, Section 07 18 16, para. 1.06. Specification from the product manufacturer must meet the standard warranty listed below as item ten (10). g. All existing roofing/coatings is to be removed/stripped. The existing roofing/waterproofing is being completely removed as part of the complete Vulkem 350 System install. h. The traffic markings should to be included. i. All areas of affected work to be restriped to match existing. Contractor to verify Spaces.
