Building Specifications / Foot Traffic Estimates: Two stories with 12,000 square feet per story for a total of 24,000 square feet. Employee restrooms on each floor. Waiting room restrooms on each floor. Approximately 70-80 employees reporting to work Monday – Friday. Foot traffic from consumers or other members of the public fluctuates; estimated at 100 persons per day. Offices with closed doors will need to be opened and cleaned. A sign on the door requesting no cleaning will indicate not to enter the office. Items located on desktops and shelves should not be handled as cleaning of desktops are employee responsibility. A master key and card access will be assigned. Two offices have restricted access, the Pharmacy and IT server room; these rooms do not need to be cleaned. Daily Tasks: Empty all trash cans and anything labeled trash, furnish can liners, take trash to dumpster, and close dumpster lid. Break down any cardboard or empty shipping materials found in hallways or near trash cans, place in dumpster, and close the dumpster lid. Empty the outside trashcan by the front door daily. Wipe down and disinfect all office chairs with vinyl coverings. Vacuum all carpeted hallways, group rooms, and rugs in hallways, waiting areas, and entryways. Vacuum any office with visible debris (e.g. sand, salt, glitter, paper scraps, food, etc.). Spot cleaning of spills on all flooring and carpets. Clean all water fountains with disinfectant cleaner. Clean glass doors at main entrance. Clean glass at reception areas on first and second floors. Wipe down and disinfect all tables and chairs in group rooms. Clean all dry erase boards with appropriate cleaning solution unless the board gives direction to save. Wipe down all first and second floor waiting room chairs with disinfectant. Wipe down and disinfect stair railings. Wipe down, disinfect, and vacuum elevator. Clean and disinfect all restroom facilities during nightly cleaning: toilets (inside, outside, and seats), toilet stall walls, stall doors, urinals, sinks, sanitary napkin holders (inside and outside), mirrors, countertops, wipe walls as needed (under soap dispenser or any needed areas), and wet mop floors and baseboards. Replenish toilet tissue, anti-bacterial hand soap, and paper hand towels in bathrooms, group rooms, and meeting rooms. Keys will be provided to all the paper hand towel and toilet paper dispensers. Paper towels must be loaded in dispenser so that they properly feed the paper when used. Wipe down appliances, sinks, and countertops in employee break rooms and assessment room (first and second floor). Lock all doors unless specifically noted to leave unlocked and turn off all office and hall lights. Inform management of problems or malfunctions. In addition to the listed tasks, the Contractor shall also perform any other reasonable janitorial duties as assigned from time to time, as needed. Weekly Tasks: Vacuum all offices, including moving desk chairs and vacuuming under desks. Dust first and second floor waiting area furniture, including any floor or wall decorations and signage. Wipe down and disinfect children’s play tables and toys located in rooms 117, 118, and the second floor lobby. Move rugs and furniture to sweep and wet mop hard surface flooring in front vestibule and first and second floor lobby/waiting area. Move rugs to sweep and wet mop East and West stairs and stairwells. Once Yearly in May: Clean windowsills. Remove vent covers and wipe down all air vents in the building.
