The scope of work includes the engineering, shop drawings, finishing samples, materials, fabrication, crating, and delivery of City Pedestrian Wayfinding Signage. Shop drawings and engineering to be developed based on the provided drawings, renderings, dimensions and in consultation and coordination with the City's design consultant. Shop drawings are to be provided to the City as basis for discussion, revision and definition of details in collaboration with the City's design consultant before fabrication. Graphic materials for signage will be developed by the City’s design consultant and provided to the manufacturer. Manufacturer to provide material and finish samples of select print files. Installation on site will be handled by the City of Quincy. The Manufacturer must provide all mounting hardware, templates, and detailed engineered specifications and instructions for installation. Instructions should include but not be limited to bolt patterns, bolt projections, mounting heights, footing requirements, installation depths, etc. Specifications should be specific to outdoor installation in New England, assuming typical weather and wind loading. Signage elements to be in painted aluminum with direct printed graphics that meet ADA standards. The City of Quincy must be able to review submittals at least 14 days before fabrication.
