Contractor shall provide shuttle bus services, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein, for the benefit of Manoa Campus Operations, Office of Campus Services, Department of Auxiliary Services, Commuter and Fleet Services, hereinafter known as the “University”. The Shuttle bus services shall primarily involve transporting faculty, staff, and students between various locations on campus and from locations off campus. Upon request by the University, the Contractor may be required to provide additional shuttle bus services that may not fall within the normal bus schedules either at campus and/or off campus locations. Upon request by the University, the Contractor shall establish and facilitate passenger pick-up and drop-off stops at City & County of Honolulu bus stops maintained by the O‘ahu Transit Services, Inc. The University reserves the right to establish additional shuttle routes throughout the term of the contract or to change/remove existing shuttle routes.
