The Consultant shall manage the project and consultant team, as well as coordinate with City Light to keep the project on schedule and within budget. The Consultant shall develop and update the project schedule as needed, at least quarterly through the duration of the contract. Clear communication with the City Light project manager is essential to maintain project schedule, costs, and deliverables. SUBTASK 1.1 PROJECT KICK-OFF MEETING The Consultant shall prepare for and attend a project kick-off meeting with the City Light project team in Seattle. SUBTASK 1.2 INVOICING AND PROGRESS REPORTS The Consultant shall prepare monthly invoices and progress reports. The format for progress reports shall be consistent with City Light’s project management framework reporting requirement. SUBTASK 1.3 WEEKLY OR AS NEEDED CHECK-IN WITH CITY LIGHT The Consultant shall participate in a regularly scheduled weekly or as needed (bi-weekly) check-in call with the City Light project manager. SUBTASK 1.4 MEETINGS WITH PERMITTING AGENCIES AND THE FISH AND AQUATICS WORK GROUP The Consultant shall participate in up to four virtual meetings with permitting agencies and/or the FAWG outside the regular meeting schedule with the City Light project manager or others specifically described in this RFP. With approval of the City Light project manager, additional meetings can be billed to Task 9: Management Reserve.
