Master’s Degree from an ASHA accredited university, Licensure by the Texas Department of Health to practice Speech Pathology in the public schools, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred. 2. Evaluate students using District approved evaluation instruments and complete an evaluation report following LISD guidelines using District web-based data management system. 3. Provide speech therapy services to individual students; consult with teachers, staff and parents on classroom interventions and techniques. 4. Attend ARD/IEP meetings and complete ARD/IEP documentation in the District approved web-based ARD/IEP program. 5. Maintain accurate and complete data of services provided and student progress as required by LISD in the District web-based program. 6. Follow guidelines for documentation and reporting of services for the basis of Medicaid reimbursement through the School Health and Related Services program (SHARS). 7. Maintain the duty hours of the assignment as determined by the department. 8. Must be able to travel to multiple job sites throughout the day. 9 8 Assessment Specialist/Diagnostician 1. Master’s Degree with a certification from the Texas State Board for Educator Certification as an Educational Diagnostician. 2. Evaluate students using District approved evaluation instruments and complete an evaluation report following LISD guidelines using District web-based data management system. 3. Attend ARD/IEP meetings and complete ARD/IEP documentation in the District approved web-based ARD/IEP program. 4. Maintain accurate and complete data of services provided and student progress as required by the District. 5. School Psychologist shall be currently licensed as a Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) through the Texas Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP)(fully licensed without any requirements for supervision). 2. Must be in good standing with the TSBEP (the board). 3. Evaluate students using District approved evaluation instruments and complete an evaluation report following LISD guidelines using District web-based data management system. 4. Provide psychological services to individual students; consult with teachers, staff and parents on classroom interventions and techniques. 5. Attend ARD/IEP meetings and complete ARD/IEP documentation in the District approved web-based ARD/IEP program. 6.
