The Consultant will be required to evaluate the entire facility as required to compose a Facility Conditions Assessment (FCA) report. The FCA will include a thorough evaluation of building systems including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site, architectural, and structural elements and shall make recommendations for correcting identified deficiencies in the form of a Strategic Plan to be utilized for capital planning. Provide A/E services to prepare asbuilt plans of buildings and site (including underground utilities), prepare a building equipment inventory, assess the existing facilities conditions, perform an energy conservation feasibility study, develop a strategic plan for addressing all deficiencies, deferred maintenance, and near-term maintenance, and issue and present a comprehensive facilities condition assessment report.
