Scope of Work Summary: The selected consultant will be responsible for: 1) Conducting site assessments, including soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling. 2) Developing a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP). 3) Preparing a Remedial Investigation (RI) and Feasibility Study (FS) to evaluate remediation alternatives. 4) Developing a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) that outlines site-specific cleanup methods and estimated costs. 5) Engaging stakeholders, including community members and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with environmental justice and public outreach requirements. 6) Coordinating with regulatory agencies, including the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and EPA, to ensure all work aligns with applicable guidelines.
