PHA is inviting price competitive Proposals from Construction Managers (Proposer) retained under Solicitation No. P-005363 with demonstrated experience in Construction Management Services including the oversight of design, permits, and construction. Proposers are sought to submit responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Proposers’ current base “Construction Management Services” (CM) contract with PHA for construction management services associated with the demolition and construction of new mixed use residential development. The parcels are owned by Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) and The City of Philadelphia. The properties are situated on the 2100 block of Dickerson Street (21000 Dickerson - PHA) and 1501-17 Point Breeze Avenue. The proposed development will feature a mixed-use building with a maximum of five stories, encompassing approximately 170,528 square feet. The ground floor will include both commercial space and residential units, while floors 2 through 5 will be dedicated to residential use. The total commercial space will be approximately 9,537 square feet. The building will house 159 residential units, consisting of 146 one-bedroom units (approximately 680 SF each) and 13 two-bedroom units (approximately 1,325 SF each).
