• Establish a plan for solar lighting along the designated loop path of existing trails. • Analyze the path for utility conflicts and light placement. • Provide plan for solar light placement and potential remote solar panel placement for areas with tree cover. • Analyze the system for lighting output, light pollution, and ensure dark-sky compliance. • Analyze the solar system for the future addition of video cameras and possible emergency call boxes and gunshot detectors. • Design lighting system to be programmed to designated Trinity Trail hours. • Prepare an asset management plan, including inspection and assessment components, to maximize the useful life of this project. • Develop budget estimates for the recommended priority improvements.
