Provide window and glass replacement services for the District’s properties. Provide adequate staffing to perform the work to the specifications to include but not limited to removal of broken, damaged windows, installation of windows, glazing and other services as described by JPS. Assign an Account Manager to the District that will supervise the window techs that are assigned to these areas. Provide all transportation, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to maintain and repair the windows at the district sites listed in Services Locations as specified herein. Perform all work in a first-class professional manner in accordance with the plans, specifications, and recommendations of the equipment and material manufacturers, governing codes, and instructions by the district. Obtain a clear understanding of the scope of work for each work assignment and all other services requested by JPS. Account Manager, responsibilities and performance requirements include: Supervise all vendor personnel and subcontractors that may perform tasks on District sites. Report to the JPS Facilities Engineering department when on site to perform repairs. Ensure repairs and services are performed per specifications and schedules as determined by JPS. Scope of work for Window Repair/Replacement includes: Locate area needing service per JPS FE supervisor or personnel. Remove broken glass and clean the area. Board up opening window or door frames if needed. Confirm proper glass type for repairs including for all JPS Facilities. Install new glass, glazing and window seal. Check windows for any leaks. Clean area and contact FE supervisor. All other services at the request of JPS
