This Invitation for Bid seeks to procure licensing, maintenance and support for the following PowerSchool products. Needham Public Schools currently owns the license to the PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS), which serves as the foundational platform for student data management. Needham’s current configuration of PowerSchool products includes: PowerSchool SIS, ECollect Forms, SchoolSpring, Applicant Tracking, TalentEd, SmartFind Express, Special Programs, and Enrollment Express. At some point during the contract period, including possible extension years, Needham expects to make a number of changes to its configuration, including (but not limited to): • Upgrading from Enrollment Express to Enrollment • Installing SafeArrival • Installing Connected Intelligence K-12 • Installing My Power Hub • Discontinuing some or all of the Human Resources Modules including School Spring, Applicant Tracking and the Talent Ed modules.
