Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) hereby issues this advertisement for consulting firms to provide engineering and related services. Obtain, organize and review the engineering data required to prepare the studies/checklists. It may include, but is not limited to the following items: a. Existing traffic data b. Crash data c. Existing highway plans (as-builts) d. Utility information e. Previous studies and reports f. Unit cost data g. Map to identify project site ; Provide geometric layouts of reasonable alternatives using aerial photography and DOTD’s design standards. Establish approximate right-of-way limits and area based on a standard template. Depict both the apparent right-of-way and the required right-of-way on the geometric layouts.
