Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder must provide a web-based application to monitor all devices under contract. This application will allow the IT staff to view all devices, volumes, and service level history at all times. Bidder must provide software to monitor all devices under contract that will send supply alerts to either the vendor or the end user for proactive supply reordering. This software will also have the ability to send other alerts via email on other service-related items such as paper jams, supply levels, open doors and offline/online status. Bidder must meet with IT staff every ninety (90) days, with printed service records, to confirm service levels, volumes, supplies, and the overall contract terms. Bidder must provide fleet information every ninety (90) days to assist with fleet optimization and strategic device placement.
