Wall Repair & Repainting: Repair: Install gyp. bd. panels to 2x framing substrate as required. Tape, float and finsh seams. Repainting: Clean and prepare existing painted wall to be repainted. Repair holes, cracks, nail-pops, etc. Prep, prime, tape, float, and finish sand. Apply two coats of paint; eggshell finish. Clean and prepare doors, wall base and trim for repainting. Apply two coats semi-gloss finish. 3. Repair/Replace Gyp. Bd. Ceiling: Repair: Install missing ceiling panels as required. Repair open seams between existing gyp. bd. panels. Prepare ceiling for primer, paint; tape, float & sand. Apply two coats of ceiling paint. Match existing color and finish. Clean and re-seat lighting, sprinklers and mechanical ventilation registers. Replace: Perform careful selective demolition of damaged gypsum board ceiling panels. Install new replacement panels, match existing thickness and characteristics.Install applied to 2x framing substrate. Prepare ceiling for primer, paint; tape, float & sand. Apply two coats of ceiling paint. Match existing color and finish. Clean and re-seat lighting, sprinklers and mechanical ventilation registers.
