ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUBCONTRACTOR PROPOSAL Subject to conditions prescribed by California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, bid proposals are sought for the following scopes: Surveying, Building & Site Demolition, Abatement, Electrical, Earthwork, Grading, Paving, Tree Removal, Fences & Gates and Site Utilities for the following project: California State University, Humboldt, Health, Dining & Housing – Make Ready Site Work: General project scope includes the following: Demolition of existing structures and site elements, as well as various site improvements. Project site for the health, dining and housing project includes the current location of the existing Ceramics and Sculpture Labs, Campus Apartments, Building 20 and Warren House. There are existing underground utilities and buildings on the site that will require demolition, and hazardous material abatement. Construction is scheduled to commence June of 2025.
