DKPH is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to perform financial and compliance audits of all DCBOH programs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards as practiced in the United States of America and in accordance with: 1. Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States 2. Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133, Audit of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations 3. The Single Audit Act of 1984, as amended 4. Official Code of Georgia, Annotated, Title 31, as applicable to County Boards of Public Health 5. All applicable provisions of policies and procedures of the Georgia Department of Public Health 6. The Governmental Accounting Standards Board
