1.01 SCOPE OF WORK This section outlines the scope of work included in the project. Refer to the appropriate drawings and specification sections for further information about installation, preparation methods and components to be provided. The contractor is responsible for including all means and methods necessary to complete this portion of the project. The contract Documents, otherwise referred to as drawings, shall serve as a part of this scope of work showing more detail on the intent of this project. This list is generic in nature for major items is an overview of general project scope. Vendor shall provide and comply with all specifications B. Remove all existing counters. C. Removal and disposal of existing flooring and base in all areas D. Supply and install minor floor patch. E. Supply and install new luxury vinyl tile-LVT- Atwell Mill 148, or equivalent in all rooms. F. Supply and install new resilient wall base- Roppe 4” Coved #110 or equivalent. G. Supply and install new resilient transitions/ reducers. H. Any door stop that is removed or damaged during installation shall be replaced with equivalent and or install door stop or wall guard at each door. I. Any door that does not have sufficient clearance shall be removed, cut, and reinstalled to allow for proper operation of the door. J. Remove existing counter/ cabinet in break room K. Furnish and install new cabinet with hard surface countertop. L. Furnish and install new single sink with high spout dual handle faucet M. Repair plumbing and mechanical in restrooms as needed to ensure proper functioning of plumbing fixtures. N. Use existing electrical circuits. O. Install electrical outlets on each wall within 6-foot length of each wall space. P. Switch all lights on common switch in each room. Q. Inspect all light fixtures, replace lamps that are not consistent with other fixtures. Repair non-functioning fixtures with LED replacement R. Install exit lights at exterior doors and or repair existing. S. Replace all existing receptacles and switches with new components, all shall be white in color. T. Remove existing walls and doors/ hardware Reuse doors if in good condition. U. Install new walls and doors per floor plan. V. Install and /or modify acoustical ceiling as needed. W. Replace damaged and stained ceiling tiles. Allow for 3 boxes of tile. Match existing tile. X. Remove existing vinyl wall covering, repair holes in walls as required and prep all walls for paint finish. Y. All walls shall have a level 5 finish minimum with orange peel texture. Z.
