Contractor will provide the following services to the University: A. Assessment and Planning 1. Needs Assessment: Evaluate the organization's current grateful patient efforts, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive grateful patient plan that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and resources. 3. Goal Setting: Establish clear, measurable fundraising goals and objectives. B. Strategy Development 1. Campaign Design: create strategic grateful patient campaigns and content, working closely with internal and external designers to achieve . 2. Donor Segmentation: Identify and segment potential donor groups to tailor approaches and messages. 3. Case for Support: Develop or refine the organization’s case for support, including compelling narratives and messaging. C. Implementation Support 1. Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of grateful patient campaigns, including timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation. 2. Training and Development: Provide training to staff and volunteers on best practices in fundraising, donor engagement, and relationship management. 3. Tools and Resources: Recommend best practices for using existing software tools, technology, and resources (e.g., SalesForce, Affinaquest, DonorSearch, Marketing Cloud, BlackBaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT, or other donor management systems).
