This state-owned property is one building of a three-building complex which shares several common areas pursuant to the governing declarations. Cushman & Wakefield U.S. Inc. has provided the property management services and maintained the three-building complex for several years. They continue to manage the other two buildings within the complex. This contract will allow consistent and cohesive work amongst all of the buildings in the complex, and in the areas which are the shared responsibility of the respective owners because pursuant to the governing declarations, the buildings’ owners are required to share equally in the costs of maintaining the common areas. By the State of Missouri entering into a contract with the current provider for these services, it ensures the consistency and cohesiveness of the property grounds and maintains the necessary services pursuant to the governing declarations.
