Oneida County Office of Emergency Services (hereinafter "County") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive cloud-based Fire Records Management System (“FRMS”) suite to manage all emergency services operations. The County requires a single signin, integrated software solution to address fire and emergency medical service needs including: Occupancy Management, Pre-Planning, Incident Response & Command Tools, Hydrant Management, Fire Prevention management including Inspections and Permitting tools, with the ability to send customers invoices, NFIRS reporting, personnel management, training records, event management, asset & inventory management and a community engagement tool. Vendors are invited to provide a written proposal for a comprehensive cloud-based emergency Services RMS.
