PURCHASE DESCRIPTION: The Town is seeking concession services for the sale of foods as permitted by the Board of Health. The successful vendor will be granted access to sell food at the Town Beach located off Burnap Street in Wilmington. No vendor will be allowed to park his/her vehicle on Grove Avenue for the purpose of selling items to the public, as this causes significant concern for public safety. The successful vendor must comply with the conditions specified in the "Agreement for Silver Lake Concession" and any amendments as herein noted. The concession services shall be for a one-year period commencing June 1, 2025, and expiring on May 31, 2026. The Town reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time during the term of the agreement if the contractor fails to comply with the agreement
