4.4.1. Please provide a detailed scope of work detailing services and the methodology/ project plan you are proposing to meet the terms of this project; 4.4.2. Vendor shall detail the Company's hiring and credential process; 4.4.3. Vendors submitting proposals shall describe their process for filling vacancies when substitutes decline or do not respond to their position offerings; 4.4.4. Vendor shall provide the last two years of the staffing fill rate for all districts whereby the vendor has contracted with in Georgia; 4.4.5. Give detailed explanation of their training program for all newly hired and transitioning substitute Teachers, paraprofessionals, and nurses; 4.4.6. Describe how they currently evaluate their staff and include details on the frequency of feedback and observations, the rubrics used in evaluations as well as who is conducting evaluations and managing the feedback cycle for substitutes; 4.4.7. Describe the disciplinary process for its employees; a. Describe how you retain substitute staff. b. Describe your recruitment efforts for newly acquired clients. 4.4.8. Vendors submitting proposals shall provide information detailing successful substitute placement and fill rates to include the processes, strategies, systems and best practices to provide needed substitutes, and maximum number of substitutes the Vendor can provide per day. Vendors submitting proposals shall confirm whether they are willing to hire substitutes currently employed by the District; 4.4.9. Attention should be paid to the specified elements of this contract, but please include any other details that you are offering to ensure the most efficient and effective performance of this contract. Please note that this written Scope of Work will be a primary element examined by the committee; and 4.4.10. Include a project schedule and timeline of completion as stated herein this Proposal.
