The City of Riviera Beach desires to retain Professional Consultant Services to assist in the implementation of its Capital Improvement Projects (CIP); Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Traffic Engineering, Survey, Plat creation and review, Transportation Safety analysis, Landscape Architecture, Mobility Study; and other projects in meeting short-range and long-range planning needs, as well as operational and maintenance needs. This procurement will comply with applicable City ordinances and State of Florida law, specifically Chapter 255 and “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act” (CCNA), Section. 287.055, Florida Statutes as amended. It is the intent of City, Utility and CRA to enter into agreements with multiple qualified consulting firms. Each agreement will have a term of three (3) years, with one (1) renewal option of two (2) years, for a possible total of five (5) years, subject to early termination as set forth in the agreement. No representation or guarantee is made by City as to the minimum or maximum dollar value, volume of work, or type of work that any firm will receive during the term of any agreement. It is the intent of the Utility Special District to select multiple consultants for each Category, however, Consultants may submit on more than one category. Consultants submitting on multiple Categories must make a separate submission which define the specific desired category. The Categories are defined as follows: CATEGORY I. STUDIES AND REPORTS (4 Consultants to be Selected) CATEGORY II. CIVIL ENGINEERING (4 Consultants Selected) CATEGORY III. ARCHITECTURE (4 Consultants to be Selected) CATEGORY IV. SURVEY (4 Consultants to be Selected) CATEGORY V. TRAFFIC ENGINEER (2 Consultants to be Selected) CATEGORY VI. PLANNER/LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT (4 Consultants to be Selected) CATEGORY VI. TRANSIT SAFETY/MOBILITY SPECIALIST (4 Consultants to be Selected) CATEGORY VIII. GRANT ASSISTANCE ON FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL PROGRAMS (2 Consultants to be Selected)
