Title I Program The provider must ensure that all New Jersey Department of Education Non-Public regulatory guidelines are followed. The vendors shall provide the following services listed below: • Direct instruction in the components of Language Arts Literacy and Mathematics. • Tutoring • Counseling- Students will be eligible for counseling services only after evidence that Title I services are being provided. • Computer assisted instruction • After school programs (i.e., Saturday, summer) • Transitional program • Professional Development for school staff • Parental involvement services/meetings • Title I criteria to be followed regarding identifying and exiting students who are eligible for services • Title I services are to be provided in accordance with the Title I statute and regulations
