PARTS: Parts to be furnished under this Contract shall be genuine O.E.M. replacement parts. All repair parts used by vendor in the repair of Town owned equipment shall be equal to or exceed those specified by the manufacturer of the machine. Parts ordered separately shall be shipped F.O.B. Destinations to the various Town Installations within the boundaries of the Town of Huntington, N.Y., or picked up by authorized representatives of the Town at the Town's discretion. Manufacturer's parts price books shall be supplied upon award of contract and supplied as updated through term of contract. REPAIRS: Vendor shall be manufacturer's authorized representing dealer for the products being bid capable of extending all services available including warranty repairs. Vendor must stock an ample supply (as recommended by manufacturer) of the replacement parts for the specific models to be serviced. Proof of inventory may be required prior to award. All replacement parts must be genuine "O.E.M." as supplied by the equipment manufacturer. All work shall be performed in accordance with practices used throughout the industry & meeting NYS traffic vehicle specifications. The shop facilities of the bidder shall include all tooling deemed necessary to complete the work required.
