A. Ongoing collaboration with ND DPI ND CLIMBS staff on the design and delivery of the educator improvement network. B. Design and deliver literacy educator improvement network virtual and asynchronous learning and engagement opportunities with evidence-based content aligned with the science of reading. Differentiate support and content for role and grade levels. Prioritize individual choice of improvement topics. C. Establish a structure for networking participants to implement and refine instructional delivery supported by peer coaching, instructional rounds, and/or instructional coaching models as relevant to individual sites. D. Prioritize building capacity around the state of North Dakota through subcontracting with ND REAs or ND LEAs for network facilitation and coaching implementation support. Develop and train facilitators on literacy content and network protocol. If qualified REA/LEA personnel and interest cannot fully meet facilitator roles, then facilitator roles may be filled otherwise. E. Collaborate with the NDDPI ND CLIMBS admin team on the development of the network teacher confidence survey, which will explicitly tie to the ND State ELA standards and align with the science of reading and the science of learning. Contractor will utilize the results in the planning of network professional learning content and activities. F. Utilize available data sets to identify priority professional learning topics related to literacy instruction. Data sets may include, but are not limited to, an educator survey and student assessments NDA+ summative and interim G. Develop and implement a goal-setting structure at site level for individual improvement with multiple improvement cycles per school year.
